Trade-in Allowance Procedure:

1.  Make up a list of what you want to trade-in including the make and model number.  You are limited to sending in pneumatic thermostats but you can use your trade-in allowance to purchase any products we sell.

2.  Email the list to customerservice@eprinc.net.  We will notify you usually within a day and discuss shipping.

3.  Place your order.  

Trade-in allowance restrictions:

   1. You can use your trade-in allowance to purchase any products we sell.

   2. Trade-in allowance is given for pneumatic thermostats only. Send us a list stating quantity and models for pre-approval.

   3. We can accept up to 5 trade-in units for every $100 in purchases of new products.  There is no limit on rebuilt orders.  

   4. Allowances are given after we receive your trade-ins.
