EPRI Warranty : Rebuilts

We warrant all items to be free of defects in workmanship and materials for a period of one year from date of purchase, we make sure to use the best materials so a defect is very unlikely (read more about it here). Rebuilt units are date stamped as they leave our shop. We will re-work your item or exchange your item from our stock. Warranty does not cover miss-use or abuse, or any contaminants we may uncover- like oil or water in the air lines, solvents, or other substances not recommended by the original items’ manufacturer.

EPRI Warranty : New Items

We uphold the manufacturers’ warranty for you which are usually one-year. Generally, the same exclusions apply as in the case of EPRI Warranty: Rebuilts (above) In addition we will require original purchase information from you and will fax an RMA# Return Merchandise Authorization # and form for you to return with the item(s) to EPRI. Once the manufacturer has confirmed defect(s), you will be credited for the defective piece or receive an exchange for another new item at no charge.

Returns : New Items

We make every effort to eliminate the need for returns. Moving stock is expensive and most manufacturers charge a restocking charge that ranges from 20 to 40%. If in doubt, don’t order it; instead talk with an EPRI representative who will be happy to assist you with your purchase. Any manufacturer restock charges are passed to you. All returns must be authorized by EPRI. Simply call for an RMA# Return Merchandise Authorization #. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
