Shipping & Handling charges are added to all orders upon return. Our primary carrier is UPS. You can expect to pay $20 for up to 20 Rebuilt units.  International Orders are sent Flat Rate USPS packaging.

Product Pick Up Service - Continental US only

Is shipping a hassle?  That's ok.  Ask for a Call Tag at check out.  You box up the controls and let us know where to pick them up, for example:  front desk, receiving dock, Maint Dept, and the weight of your box (approx).  UPS will arrive with a label for your box and deliver it to us.  Be sure to include a purchase order and/or similar information in your box so we can contact you.  There is a $15 charge for this service.

Shipping and Handling: New Product Purchase

Items in stock and ordered before noon will ship in 24-48 hours.  Lead time on items ordered from the manufacturer is 5 - 10 days.  We are a factory direct supplier and can ship directly from the manufacturer to you.  Select this option by indicating "factory direct" in the comment section at check out.   Please be advised that UPS Next day or Second day does not mean that the order will ship same day. 

Important!  When sending your controls for rebuilding include a purchase order, business card and/or similar information on your letterhead.  We can not be responsible for unidentifiable items.
